Become a Certified Loan Modification Officer

After you have completed the Google checkout process you will be given a password that gives you access the CLMO member area.  You need to make a note of this but you can call or email us you forget or lose it.  Once in the member area you need to click on the download link labelled ‘CLMO Certification Test ‘.

Once that you have completed the test, which also collects your personal details, you need to save it and attach it to an email addressed to test@clmo.org.    You will receive a receipt for your email.  Your test results and, if you passed, your certificate, email account details and ID badge will be available with 48 hours but it is normally done within a few hours.  We strongly suggest that you download and study the CLMO field manual before attempting to take the test.
