What is a CLMO?A CLMO is a Certified Loan Modification Officer. To become a CLMO the individual must have taken and passed an extensive test covering the subject of loan modification and related areas. Only grades of 90% or above are considered to be passing grades and all test are graded by an instructor. Passing the certification test proves that the individual has a sound and thorough knowledge the mortgage modification process as well as the associated areas of foreclosure, taxation and the law. |
